Aqua Aerobics

Aqua Aerobics are water workouts incorporated with variety of rhythmic body movements and dance steps. This activity helps to improve cardiovascular and muscular conditioning. Guided by an experienced female instructor, you will enjoy these sessions that provide fitness and fun. In addition, it is an effective weight-control exercise for everyone at all ages, fitness levels, and swimming ability!

Things to note
  • Participants who wish to discontinue their lessons must inform the Programmes Department in writing; giving one week’s advanced notice. No full or pro-rated fee refund or replacement classes will be given for any lesson(s) missed by participant.
  • Classes will not be scheduled on public holidays.
  • Participants will be notified on class changes (if any), in view of poor weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
  • In case of dangerous weather conditions, the session will stop. If this happens during the first 20min of the lesson, each participant will get a replacement session. If dangerous weather conditions occur after 20 min, we will consider the session as utilised.
  • Start dates are subjected to confirmation.
